I just upgraded to Fedora 13 and am just impressed that I don’t get the “No root device found error” that Fedora 12 gave me. In short I skipped Fedora 12 because I got tired of fussing with it. So Fedora 13 works and if you have just upgraded it might be a good idea to build Deluge 1.2.3 or 1.3.0_RC1+ on your system instead of waiting for the repo maintainers to do it for you.

The more recent builds of Deluge don’t seem to be too picky anymore about building and working right out of the box, below you will find the commands that you will need to compile Deluge 1.2 or 1.3 series <–HERE–>

Deluge 1.2.1 on Fedora 11

You know, just as soon as I get Deluge 1.2.0 built, installed and working they have to go ahead and change things up so nothing works again. I am getting a little tired of beta testing for people. Not just tired of testing Deluge but Fedora in general, but that is another post all together.

If you happen to be like the many out there that still aren’t very familiar with Linux and how to get things install I aim to make this guide as simple as possible to let you update your Deluge installation. This may work on other versions of Fedora other than 11 but I don’t really have time or care to test this for other builds.
